All shipping and returns are handled by our vendors, Florida Hemp Distribution does not handle any products directly.

Returns

To show our confidence in the products we provide and their value to you, we stand by our 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee for all defected or broken products, as well as a 30 day money back guarantee for unsatisfied customers as long as they retain proof of purchase and send in the unsatisfactory product.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@crystalcreekorganics.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return. We will provide a prepaid label for return of item.

All returned merchandise should be sent to us at 1759 Saint Mary Ave, Pensacola, FL, 32501.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you will need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

Our Shipping Policy: Currently we can only ship to the continental U.S. 48 states. Please note there may be restrictions on some products (but it’s not typical).

When you place your order on the check-out page our bean counters residing inside the web server determine if your order total is at least $45. If it is, well then it’s time to break out the bubbly and celebrate! You are going to get Free shipping on your order. Hooray, yippee, douse me with hemp flowers! OK, well I guess in the age of Amazon it’s no longer that exciting to get Free shipping… but we look for the small things in life to celebrate that can make people happy!  Sorry for the digress and back to our official verbose shipping policy.  OK, so please also know that if your order total is not at least $45… then no free shipping for you! Now before you frown about it, you should at least be a little pleased because we are just gonna add only $5 to cover shipping costs of your products. It’s still a great deal for you to get your products in a couple of days! 

Our Returns Policy: So here’s the deal! You may return most products that are new (we do have some exceptions), and they must be unopened, and they must be returned within 7 days of delivery for you to get a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or some other major… ohhh boy someone may get in trouble for this).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
